Johnsen Harmony & Yoga's general terms & conditions and terms of sales operates in accordance with Norwegian laws, including but not limited to the Contract Act (Avtaleloven), the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven), and the E-commecre Act (ehandelsloven).
These laws are available at www.lovdata.no. These terms outlined on this page shall not be understood as any limitation of the statutory rights, but emphasize the parties' most important rights and obligations.
II. Purchase Agreements/Terms of Sale
1. Introduction:
Purchase agreements consist of these Terms of Sale outlined on this page, information provided in the order system/summary and any separately agreed upon terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what has been separately agreed upon between the parties takes precedence, unless it conflicts with mandatory Norwegian legislation.
Purchase agreements will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of products/services between sellers and buyers.
2. The Parties:
The Seller is Johnsen Harmony & Yoga and is hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The Buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.
3. Price:
The stated price for the products and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase, the buyer shall not bear.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement:
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent their order to the seller.
However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering system in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.
III. Activities
Johnsen Harmony & Yoga offers yoga classes, courses, events, workshops, retreats, yoga rentals and products. These terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in our services, both online and in-person.
IV. Bookings and Payments

Class Bookings: Bookings must be made via our website or approved channels.

Payment: Payments are accepted through secure methods such as Vipps and cash.

The seller may require advance payment via Vipps at the time of ordering, or require payment via Vipps or in cash before delivery of products or services in cases where this has been agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.

Confirmation: An order summary and payment confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking and advnace payment. Payment reminders will be sent if advance payment is not confirmed.
Buyer's Default:
In the event of the buyer's default, Johnsen Harmony & Yoga acts in accordance with the rules in Chapter 9 of the Consumer Purchase Act. If the buyer defaults payment or other obligations in their agreement (at no fault to the seller) then the seller may have the right to withhold products/services, demand fullfillment, demand terminination of any agreements, and demand compensation depending on the circumstances.
V. Delivery of Products & Services
The delivery time will be stated when ordering service(s) and/or product(s). Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or their representative, has occupied/recieved the service(s) and/or product(s).
If the delivery time is not stated in the order system/summary, the seller shall deliver the product(s) to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The product(s) shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed upon between the parties.
If the seller has to reschedule a delivery time (f.e. new course, class, or event day), the buyer will be notified of this via email. Unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and the seller, rebooking due to the seller re-scheduling will mean that the buyer will have the right to a partial refund (f.e. refund for the missed course, class, or event day).
Delay & Non-Delivery:
In the case of delays or non-deliveries, Johnsen Harmony & Yoga acts in accordance with the rules in Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchase Act. If the seller does not deliver or delivers too late (at no fault to the buyer) then the buyer may have the right to withhold the purchase price, demand fullfillment, terminate any agreements, and/or demand compensation depending on the circumstances.
VI. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the Participant (the buyer):

Single-date Arrangements (f.e. events, themed classes, etc.): Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance.

Multi-date Arrangements (f.e. courses, retreats, workshops, etc.): Full refund if canceled 14 days before the start date. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations within 7–14 days. No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.

Cancellations by Johnsen Harmony & Yoga (the seller):
If we need to cancel a class, event, workshop, retreat, or etc. participants (the buyer) will receive a full or partial refund depending on the case or may reschedule.
VII. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This applies only to purchases made online or outside our premises through an approved channel.

VIII. Rights to Issues & Complaints
If there is an unsatsifactory issue or defect regarding a service or product, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that they will claim the issue and file a complaint. The deadline for complaints is 2 years and complaints can be sent in writing in either Norwegian or English to the seller's email; johnsenharmonyyoga@gmail.com
IX. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. Inform the instructor of any health conditions before participating. Johnsen Harmony & Yoga is not liable for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by gross negligence.
X. Privacy Policy
Johnsen Harmony & Yoga complies with regulations in accordance with the Personal Data Act on how we handle your information. We only collect data for booking and educational purposes and we delete all data once a course, class, workshop, retreat, or etc. has ended. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to carry out the agreement with the buyer, or in cases prescribed by law.
We only collect photo data for marketing purposes and will never take or use photos without consent. Photo consent can always be withdrawn.

XI. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or conflicts arising from these terms will be governed by Norwegian law. Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable timeframe (refer to clauses V - VIII).
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact, the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) which is available at https://www.forbrukerradet.no; or the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation which is available on phone at +47 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
